Our first ever Values & Culture Week
By taking some time and effort to workshop our values throughout the company, we ensure that we are who we want to be and that we continue being a workplace of choice. The week also offered an opportunity to come together, appreciate our colleagues and ensure we are aligned in our work moving forward.
“Whenever I see our employees come together as one team it fills me with great pride,” says Hanna Fager, our Chief People Officer. “Whether it’s collaborating to solve problems or launching a product, our values are always integrated, even if not always emphasized. We have five value pairs – making them more powerful together than if they were alone, just as we are as people.
