Policy types
Volvo Car Insurance offers two insurance options when buying a Volvo:
- Driveaway Insurance, short-term coverage for the first 7 days.
- Flexible Volvo Car Insurance, a monthly subscription policy.
You can compare the coverage provided by these policies here: wrisk.bitbucket.io/volvo/comparison/comparison.html
Insurance cost and payment structure
The Flexible Volvo Car Insurance works as a subscription with monthly payments. While yearly payments are not available, there are no added costs or charges for paying monthly and your price is guaranteed for 12 months unless you make changes. Your monthly insurance premium will depend on a range of underwriting factors, including but not limited to:
- Car specification
- Driver age
- Claims history
- Driving licence penalty points
- Adding more drivers to the policy
